Preston couldn’t leave LA without tasting the famous Pinkberry!

After the thanksgiving feast, Preston took a road trip to LA with Mommy, Daddy and Uncle Allen. It was a 6-hour drive and Preston slept through it.
Preston was a VIP (Very Important Poochie) in the hotel. They even had a dog bed for Preston.

Preston got up early today and headed east to Fremont. With plenty of water and snacks packed, he was determined to conquer Mission Peak.
All ready to go! 8:30am at trail head.
9:06am. “Already, Preston?”

Preston made it to the summit!! Elevation 2517 feet! It was so windy up there. Preston had a hard time keeping his eyes open (or even keeping his feet on the ground!) No time for sight-seeing, Preston had to start heading down before being blown away.
The 4-hour hike was made easier by the wonderful Grip Trek Boots.
Preston made a trip to Half Moon Bay Pumpkin Festival this weekend.
He got to pick out his own pumpkin!
Picking just one was tough. After lots of sniffing and licking, Preston finally made up his mind.
Preston was very happy with his choice.

Preston attended “Bark in the Park 2007” in Naglee Park, San Jose. There were over a thousand dogs attending.

Preston entered the silly trick contest. Mommy was trying to get him to do the nike ball trick (one of the seven golf balls is Nike, Preston has to pick the Nike ball out and drop it in the box) Not only did he fail to do the trick, he was running around on the stage and completely ignoring Mommy (while hundreds of people were watching…) Mommy had to have little “talk” with Preston when we got home.
Preston met his look-a-like Maverick who was also one of Chelle’s puppies.
Preston recovered from his wart treatment quickly. Daddy and Mommy took him to Baker Beach this weekend. He was able to enjoy the soft sandy beach without hurting his injured paw. He had tons of fun!

Preston spent a weekend being a city boy in San Francisco. He was a little overwhelmed by all the people, noises and scents in the city but he did enjoy all the attention he got everywhere he went (So did Daddy and Mommy).
Preston was admiring the beautiful Yerba Buena Gardens from the hotel room on the 18th floor. (no poochies allowed in the gardens unfortunately). He could spend a long long time enjoying the view by the window.

Preston visited Berkeley this weekend and spent a night at beautiful Berkeley Marina.

Preston spent a weekend in Napa. This was his second visit to the wine country. He got to tour the vineyards in his trailer.
