Preston and Mommy are both deeply touched by this video.
To celebrate Uncle Allen’s birthday, Preston and Mommy took him to Yoguartland, a self-serve frozen yogurt store.
Preston’s recipe: No-sugar Vanilla Yogurt + Blueberry & watermelon + peanuts and granola sprinkles!
How did Preston feel after visiting Yogurtland?
Mommy got Preston a very stylish Cool-it Bandana, made with polymer crystals that can absorb heat and keep Preston cool.
“Are yoou cool, Preston?”
06/25/2009 update: We did not realize that the bandada was supposed to be soaked in the water (and placed in the fridge) before use. We found that out when washing it. haha! Should have read the instruction first! It does work!
Instructions: “Completely soak entire bandana in water for 15-30 minutes. The bandana will swell as it absorbs water to keep your pet cool for hours. To extend cooling time soak bandana and refrigerate before using. Air dry completely after using. ”
If Cool-it Bandana didn’t work, this would definitely make Preston feel better. Mommy took Preston to The Counter and built a burger for Preston and Mommy. She kept the caramelized onion (yum!) to herself, but made it up to Preston with the sweet potato fries.
Preston is NOT happy when mommy is working out with Wii Fit.
See what he did to make sure that he wasn’t being ignored!
Preston had some fun times at the Fremont dog park. This is going to be his new hang out place!
Preston turns TWO today!
Mommy made him a Peanut Butter Carrot Cake. It was the first cake Mommy has ever made from scratch! How special was that!
Preston got two new stuffies, Underdog & Jack, plus lots of yummy treats from Mommy, Daddy and Uncle Allen.
“aww…I can’t wait, mommy!”
Yum! Yum!
(no, Preston did not get to finish the entire cake…)

It was a sad weekend for Preston and Mommy.
Daddy has to move to the East Coast for his new job. Preston and Mommy will be staying in California for a while.
Daddy is far far away in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
“Miss you already, Daddy!”
“Daddy, hope you don’t mind me claiming your pillow!”
Preston had the habit of ringing the Poochie bell every 30 mintues in the evening. Mommy and Daddy were worried he would have a hard time adjusting to the new home as the grass area was not as close as it used to be. They were hoping the Pup-head Portable Dog potty would be an easy solution.
Preston used it twice on the first day then decided… it was for emergency use ONLY!
