Chuckit!® & Blueberry Frosty Paws

Mommy and Daddy promised Preston a “Chuckit!”if he learned to fetch a tennis ball (Fetching was not hard, letting it go was tough). Preston earned his first Chuckit! this weekend. Every good fetcher should have one!

Veggie Cookies

Rain is not exactly one of Preston’s favorite things in the world. It kept him from going outside all day today. To cheer Preston up, Mommy baked some yummy veggie cookies.

Bark in the park

Preston attended “Bark in the Park 2007” in Naglee Park, San Jose. There were over a thousand dogs attending.
Preston has never seen so many doggies before.

Preston entered the silly trick contest. Mommy was trying to get him to do the nike ball trick (one of the seven golf balls is Nike, Preston has to pick the Nike ball out and drop it in the box) Not only did he fail to do the trick, he was running around on the stage and completely ignoring Mommy (while hundreds of people were watching…) Mommy had to have little “talk” with Preston when we got home.

Preston met his look-a-like Maverick who was also one of Chelle’s puppies.

E-collar

Preston’s paw is healing well. The ripped nail has started to grow back. The road to recovery was a little bumpy at the beginning because Preston kept chewing on his injured paw. Daddy and Mommy had given him an ultimatum that if he did not stop chewing, he would be forced to wear an E-collar! Preston did not take the warning seriously so Daddy and Mommy had no choice but to put an E-collar on him.

“uhh…How on the earth did you manage to chew off your bandage with an E-collar on, Preston??”
Daddy came home and found the evidence stuck on his teeth.
