Mommy and Daddy enjoy downhill skiing but always feel sad that they can’t take Preston along. This weekend Mommy and Daddy decided to try cross-country skiing where Preston can enjoy some skiing fun too.
Preston went to Bretton Woods Nordic Center located in the beautiful Mt. Washington Resort in New Hampshire. There are designated trails for skiers with dogs.
It is a gorgeous day for skiing!
Here is Preston and Mommy’s attempt for skijoring (a winter sport where a person on skis is pulled by a horse, a dog (or dogs) or a motor vehicle)

Wow! Preston look at you go and pull human Mommy! Good Job! I am not too sure I would like skijoring. My little paws get so cold in the snow. I do have boots like yours’ but in pink. Maybe if I would leave them on my paws would not get so cold. I think I want to ride on the dog sled yes I said ride not pull. Snicker! Snicker! Well have fun. Seen you on tv yesterday, a re-run of Dogs 101 Designer Dogs.

Preston, you’re such a lucky boy to go on so many fun trips with your mommy and daddy! I have some fun trips planned for me this summer, but I’m sure it won’t include snow! I haven’t seen snow since I was a wee little puppy!
