Homemade biscuits

Preston is always hungry for treats so Mommy decided to bake some healthy homemade biscuits for him. After combining several online recipes, mommy came up with this final version. They are so yummy that Preston can’t get enough of them.
Puggle Preston and Biscuits

Peanut Butter Biscuits
Ingredients:
1 cup skim milk
½ cup unsalted natural peanut butter
1 table spoon baking powder
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 ½ cups whole wheat flour
Directions:
1. Sift 2 cups of flour and baking powder together, set aside.
2. Preheat the oven to 375F. Grease cookie sheets.
3. In a medium bowl, combine peanut butter and milk. Stir in the flour mixture and cheddar cheese until well blended. Sprinkle some more flour and knead until the dough is not sticky.
4. Roll out on floured surface about 1/4 inch thick and cut into desired shapes. Place on cookie sheets.
5. Bake for ~30 minutes in the preheated oven or until lightly brown. Remove from the oven and continue the next batch. When finish the last batch, place all the baked cookies back to the oven. Turn off oven and crack oven door open. Let the biscuits slowly cool and thoroughly dry out.
