MA-TX Road Trip #2

On day3 of the trip, Preston visited Washington D.C., one of Mommy and Daddy’s favorite cities. Daddy was even considering taking a job here but eventually decided to go to Houston.

The next day Preston arrived in Virginia and continued his journey south through Skyline Drive in Shenandoah National Park.

Mommy and Daddy planned a 3-hour hike in Shenandoah National Park. It is a bear country here so Preston had to be on leash. Mommy and Daddy picked a trail (rose river trail) with streams and waterfalls. They know how much Preston loves the water.

    Just saw Preston on Animal Planet “Dogs vs Cats”. Don’ worry Preston, Rocky – our Puggle – would have went for the bacon too.

    Wow Preston, you really are seeing the sights! I bet that water felt so good while you were hiking seeing it’s so hot out! OMD that bear was pretty close! Did you try to chase him?! Good thing you were on a leash!!

    Loved every minute of you on Dogs v Cats! We DVR’d it so we can watch our favorite puggle friend over and over again! Yay for Preston!

    Yay for DOGS!!!!!! Preston, you took one home for the team! I’m glad you took the bacon…you would be foolish not too, I wouldn’t pick tuna either, so the cats got that point by default! We are so proud to know you! We knew you were the smartest pup in knowing a bizillion tricks! Now the world knows too! You are my Puggle Celebrity friend!

    We love you and your parents on TV. My Mommy said there should be a show just focusing on you 🙂 I’d go for the bacon too for sure and definitely squirrels.

    Thanks for your journey pictures. That’s definitely a fun trip and a great quality time with your Mommy and Daddy.

    We live in VA just outside Wash DC. Sorry we missed visiting with you! You picked a hot time to visit! I can see you stayed cool in the water on Skyline Drive. Continued good times on your trip to Houston.

    Ooh – you got to see the President’s house, Preston!! And that is just the most gorgeous walk but trekking through BEAR country?! Yikes!! Although those pools and waterfalls look so beautiful – they’d be worth it! 🙂

    I love the pictures of your family – and Hsin-Yi says she doesn’t know what your human is talking about – she think your Mummy is beautiful with a lovely figure! 😛
