There are not many 70 degree days in New England this time of the year so when the weather was this nice on Saturday, Mommy and Daddy couldn’t pass up the chance taking Preston to the beach. Mommy and Daddy drove along the scenic Maine coast and visited Portland, Maine.
Maine coast is beautiful and full of characters.
Can’t go home without tasting Maine lobster!

Awesome sunglasses Preston! My dad just got a motorcycle and Mom said that she thinks he should get a side-car for me as long as I am wearing goggles.
Mom and Dad are taking me on two trips to the coast soon. One in May (RVing with the family down the coast) and one in June (staying at a beach house.) I can’t wait to run in the surf!
Our dad was in Maine on Saturday too, Preston! Did you see him?

Those were some serious Clam Shells…and a lot of them too!
We traded weather and got your cold this past Saturday; it was a high of 40 degree and rainy. The 70’s is what it should have been!

OMD Preston! Looks like you had a Barking Great time at the beach. Human Granny was just telling human Mommy that she has never really been to the East Coast. Would love to come in Spring human Granny says. She wants to see all the trees in bloom. The treats look Great! Thanks for sharing the photos.

Looks like you had a blast at the beach =) We love you! Our mountain trip to barkwells is coming up so we will def. report on that. We love the shells you found, and those sunglasses are cute! Love, Jack, Ella and Ann!!!
Oh Preston! That looks like sooo much fun! I have been to Wells Beach before with Mommy and my Nawnie! Mommy’s friends are Fisherman/Lobstermen up there! The next time you are planning a trip, maybe our families can go together! 🙂

This is a great adventure. You made me miss beach too, I have to beg mommy to take me to Carmel or FF soon. The clam shells – I don’t see them in the beaches here. Are they smelly? Did you rub yourself all over them? I would.

Oh how lucky Preston, sightseeing on the Maine coast! It’s so pretty there! Mommy used to go to Kittery to the outlets…..but she said that isn’t a fun place for dogs! Those lobster treats you got look so yummy!! What will they think of next!
