To celebrate Milo’s speedy recovery from his foxtail ordeal, Milo and Mina invited Preston over for a slumber party.
Uncle Marsh picked up Preston on Friday night. Mommy was sending Preston off.
It must have been a great party. When mommy arrived at Milo and Mina’s house the next day…
Preston visited the dog park near Milo and Mina’s house and met a puggle named Wade. He is the BIGGEST puggle (40 lb!) Preston has ever met. (Preston is the butt sniffer in the picture).
It was Mommy’s birthday on Saturday but Preston looked more excited about the cake (that he couldn’t eat!) than mommy did.
OMD! Preston you had such an eventful weekend! You had a slumber party & you came to my birthday party! You really didn’t want to leave your Mommy! I posted about my party!

Hi Preston! Wow what a fun slumber party that must have been! Glad to hear Milo is doing well! Happy Birthday to your mommy! That cake looks delicious! My mommy’s birthday is TODAY so I can’t wait to see what kind of cake daddy buys her!!
PS- Wade is a big puggle! Now I can tell my vet to get off my back! He says I am the biggest puggle he’s ever seen, at 33 lbs. I’m going to tell him about Wade! BOL!

Oh my…Preston, you sure did not want to leave your Mommy! I can see that she loves you a lot and you love her a lot too! I bet you missed her! I hope you had a great time at your pal Milos’ house! It looks like you did!
Your new pal Wade is definitely the biggest Puggle I’ve ever heard of. Now if only my Mama would get off my back about being 20.8 lbs….Wade is two of me!

Thank you Preston and Susan! Bruschi really enjoyed my birthday cake frosting and yes, he gave me lots of licks and snuggles. His favorite thing was opening my presents, even though they did not consist of any treats or stuffies! Happy Birthday to us both!

Third, when a puggle weighs 40lbs., you might want to think about some sniffing etiquette !!! Just a small whiff and that’s all. No more, no less. We weigh 33 lbs each. Mom says we’re SOLID !! That’ her way of saying we are on the Heavy side of Puggledom !!!

Remember to only sniff butts that are stationary. If they are walking/running, they may stop abruptly and unintended, embarassing consequences may occur.

Hey Preston! You seemed a little concerned that your Mom wasn’t coming with you! I do that too when my Mom pulls away in the morning to go to work. The good news is, they always come back to us! At least you seemed tuckered out the next day! My Mommy’s birthday is THIS Saturday! I keep asking Dad to help me get her a good present, you think she would like my Not-So-Squeaky-Squirrel toy? Or maybe my bone?? Man I hope Dad got her something good!
A Cake would be nice too… 🙂
